How do I sync different songs on a different ipod?

I have one laptop which has itunes on it. It also has my songs which I would like to keep. But I am trying to help out a friend who doesn’t have a computer. She has given me a list of songs different from mine and I would like add only the songs she likes on her ipod. So basically, two iPod, two different song list, but one computer. How can create a playlist to sync her ipod without my songs?
