@geneflash no no, glocks are for everyone from collecters to self protection purposes. dont be hating on this guy for liking the glock. shit, the glock is like the best fricken pistol ever. it surpasses my p8 i carried in afghanistan

  6. @geneflash Just …
@geneflash Just because I have a Glock that makes me a drug dealer? Man your ignorant!

  7. why do you need a …
why do you need a glock man?
    you a drug dealer?

  8. When I got a few +2 …
When I got a few +2 base plates I was told to get beefed up mag springs and it made sense because using the stock spring with the extension will cause it to wear out over time causing the slide not to lock after the last round and sometimes the slide wont pick up the last round.

  9. IMFagentSamFisher on June 17th, 2010 at 1:48 am

    Yeah, I’ve never …
Yeah, I’ve never had problems with that, I’ve seen problems with the baseplates falling off though, however they are pretty rare.

  10. Yeah I just wanted …
Yeah I just wanted more fire power I haven’t had any problems with the +2 base plates at all but if I do I’ll let you know! Thanx!

  11. I know but I want …
I know but I want to be able to shoot at night too! Or maybe I could just get a glock light.

  12. I’ve heard of the + …
I’ve heard of the +2 plates causing jams. It changes the spring enough to cause misfeeds. I’ll stick with factory all the way because 17 is plenty anyway and you know you can count on 17 out of the factory mag setup.

  13. dude dont change …
dude dont change the sights, I have a glock just like yours and I love the sights

  14. lol you were ridin’ …
    lol you were ridin’ dirty.
now your nice and clean with a holster? =D

  15. Its not a 4th …
Its not a 4th generation. Glock has yet to release their 4th gen, but has been rumored to be released after the first of the year. This gun in the video is a RTF2. Which stands for Rough Textured Frame, type two. Many people that do see it think it is a fourth gen.

  16. is that the 4th …
is that the 4th generation/>? looks like it.. just make another vid on it and tell us when genation it is, and is the 4th gen the last glock 17 the improved?

  17. i agree with u man! …
i agree with u man! gun safety is number 1 in my book.

  18. That trigger is …
That trigger is supposed to be a 2 stage like that… I wouldn’t screw around with trying to make it a steady pull. That is the trigger reset and once you get used to shooting it you can use that to increase shooting speed. Pull it back to the point and shoot from there… don’t let it go all the way forward.

    Whoa… I’m not …
Whoa… I’m not trying to start anything but I have to say that I cringed when I saw you repeatedly touching the trigger on a loaded gun. O_O

I mean, ok, it was at least not cocked and I’m fairly sure that you were not having a live round in the chamber (even though you didn’t safety check in the video). But nevertheless, a firearm is always to be treated as if it was loaded. Even more so when you have a full magazine in it…
No offense meant, but IMHO you should be more safety conscious.

  22. I never really …
I never really thought about the Stainless slide cover plate doing that but you got a point there! Thanks for the comment. And yeah I really need to get a better video up
because it is pretty blurry. I should be able to get my night sights by then end of this month, and I think i’m just going to have a gunsmith do it because i have no experience and I don’t want my shots to be off.

  23. Could you re-do …
Could you re-do this video with better quality? Im interested to better see your upgrades. Thanks for the time you put into these. And when are you upgrading the night sights?? Oh and IMO im not fond of the stainless steel slide plate – i feel like in the sunlight that might be blinding or distracting during the right conditions. Any problems with that?

I see you have the newer style glock, How do you like the grip on it, I heard it is a little to rough, What do you think about it.

  25. yeah and that five …
yeah and that five and a half pound pull gets pretty heavy when your trying really slow to pull the trigger! Thanx!
