Try downloading another program, because yours could be faulty, or just a trial version.

    I think that is the Converter problem.I do it with Nidesoft video converter.The program is the best.It supports very comprehensive video formats, including DVD, VCD, AVI, MPEG, MP4, WMV, 3GP, Zune AVC, PSP MP4, iPod MOV, ASF
