where can i buy a rubber cement pick up here in the Philippines?

I am in to watercolor painting and i recently bought a rubber cement for masking because i can’t find any masking fluid in any art store here in metro manila. So right now my problem is where i can buy a rubber cement pick up here in manila. it’s like an eraser but made of tougher rubber. i’ve seen a lot of online art stores sell it but the shipping fee to my country is 6x more than the price of the product so can anyone help me? thanks :)
